Mast Christmas

On Christmas Eve, we headed for Delaware and our Mast Christmas…

Christmas Day was happy and very different! We decided to make donuts with Dad and Mom Mast and then stopped by the nursing home to deliver some to the staff. Later, we had lasagna for supper and then visited the siblings/cousins for snacks and to see their gifts= fun day!

On Friday, the kids had fun with their cousins- especially trying out on of their Christmas gifts- a three wheeler!  We also went to the Schrock Christmas and later that night, got to meet baby Olivia (George and Mindy’s daughter) for the first time. How sweet and special to have a new baby around at Christmas!

Saturday we had our “real” family Christmas. The kids could hardly stand how long they had to wait for those presents under the tree. Torture! 🙂 Of course, we had the traditional kid nativity with a real life newborn “Jesus.” So sweet.  We stopped taking pictures at that point for some reason but also had a nice time with the Mast aunts and uncles who we don’t get to see as often. Thanks everyone, for the really happy Christmas!

I love this picture of the kids waiting for the cousins to arrive. They REALLY love their cousins!

Tessa and Claire are big buddies and were pretty much attached at the hip anytime they were in the same house.
