Thankful

The days leading up to Thanksgiving, I was in some inter-agency HR meetings (immediately following the conference in IN), so I was so happy to finally be home with the kids getting ready for Thanksgiving.

It snowed and Tom and I worked on Thanksgiving cooking and baking before the arrival of Del and Gail and family…

Tom and Del took the kids sledding so that Gail and I could cook up a storm. My little kitchen can’t handle extra people!

We were happy to have our friend Caleb join us too and he added some interesting variety to our meal by bringing along some dumplings.

We also enjoyed making cinnamon ornaments, going Christmas shopping and watching a lot of football.

Thanks for making the long drive up here, Del and Gail- it was so fun to have you here!
